Zombie Jesus Sessions

Hi! Time for an update.

Back in Easter, we got together and filmed ourselves playing four of our songs. Hence the Zombie Jesus Sessions. These were a lot of fun to do and a great learning experience for us. We will definitely do these again, but with some improvements made.

As I write this, I’m 3 vocal sessions away from being done with our 9th album. I’ve been mixing these last few weeks and feeling good about it. This is definitely mine and Brad’s favorite JS record. There are quite a few other miscellaneous things to track (as well as most of Alan’s guitar solos), so the release might have to get pushed back. But right now, I’m hoping to release a first single in March 2027. Lots of stuff to make in the meantime.

The 10th album has all the drums tracked, I’ve just been too busy to get started on tracking all my stuff in earnest. But that’s life. I try to schedule everything out and I should be able to hit that in September. It’s going to be a really fun radio-friendly hard rock album with some Indonesian spices.

Also, the demos are done for our 11th album. I took some time this last week to finish those. I’m excited for this one. A very chaotic record, which I can see myself leaning into more in the future.

Thanks for reading!
